Abstract: Nobel metal Nanomaterials are emerging extraordinary zero dimensional materials. Using physical, chemical or biological methods, they are currently synthesized. Physical techniques such as ball milling, deposition of vapor output very small. The chemical methods cause contagion as a result of using noxious solvents and perilous by product generation. Biological method use microorganisms such as Fungi, extremophilic actinomycate. Hence, there is a growing need for a environmental friendly, inexpensive, anodyne route for the synthesis of nanoparticle. One such exceptional method is Green synthesis method i.e. utilization of plant and their parts. This method gives high yield. It is considered to be non-toxic and sanitary. Nobel metal nanoparticles have safe applications in numerous fields. AgNPs have extensive pharmaceutical (antibacterial) application due to its innate nature. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have also been used for biosensing and cancer treatments. This is mainly due to its optical and physical properties. India is famous for its rich flora heritage. Several tribal medicinal plants have good antimicrobial properties that are yet to revealed. The present study aims to enhance the clinical properties of such therapeutic plants, by synthesising Au and Ag nanoparticles. Wrightia tinctoria and Acacia chundra are few such an antimicrobial-property ethnic crops. Extracts from these crops are decreased in an environmentally friendly, economical and simple manner to generate AgNPs and AuNPs, and their antineoplastic and antimicrobial characteristics are estimated. newline
