Healthcare industry is in demand to adopt the new technologies that are in the market to improve their service quality. The telecommunication system is integrated with computing, Inter-networking, mobility, data storage, data analytics Internet of Things (IoT) centred technology is the order of the day. In 2014, the value of Indian public health expenditure was 1 trillion (Indian rupees) and it has been increased to around 1.6 trillion (Indian rupees) in 2016-2017. Due to limited availability of human resources and infrastructures, there is an increasing necessity for continuous monitoring of chronic patients. In order to address these aforementioned apprehensions, cloud based framework can provide effective solutions to the health care industry In this research work, our objective is to develop software that integrates the cloud computing and mobile technology for health care monitoring system. The research utilized a MIT-BIH Arrhythmia dataset comprised of 48 hrs of data from 47 subjects. The data has been acquired from both inpatients and outpatients at Boston Beth Hospital, Israel newline
