Abstract: In robotics accurate and fast crash detection between general geometric models is a fundamental problem VANETs have been employed in many scenarios to provide road safety driver safety and traffic efficiency VANETs offer self organizing decentralized environments to disseminate traffic data vehicle information and hazardous events To avoid accidents information such as traffic data vehicle data and road condition plays a critical role Of late VANET is employed for disseminating the data Still the scalability issues occur when the vehicle density is normally high The data redundancy and packet collisions may be high which cause broadcast storm problem The major intention of the proposed system are as follows To reduce the traffic and congestion overhead in data transmission on implementing D SAC data dissemination protocol in VANET To implement routing protocol for the minimization of cost in the VANET environment To present a routing protocol for the minimization of delay in the VANET environment To implement D SAC routing protocol for maximizing the Quality of service QoS in VANET framework As a vehicle obtains the current traffic scenario from its speed the transmitted bytes are reduced In recent years Vehicular ad hoc networks VANETs are considered by many researchers since they show wider applications in many areas like Intelligent Transport System ITS Passenger safety and emergency scenarios VANETs are a kind of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks MANETs with high mobility but the nodes move over limited places Due to high mobility network topology becomes dynamic This research work is proposed by dividing it into two stages The first stage is dynamic speed adaptive classified d sac data dissemination protocol for improving autonomous robot performance in VANETs Here the proposed novel protocol is designed and developed for improving the performance of VANET in mobility architecture levels The second Stage is a multi parametric route selection algorithm for delay minimization
