Abstract: Increase in industrialization and development of rural area leads to the increase of material and construction demand at high scale for the development of overall infrastructure of the surroundings. Concrete being the most essential material used for construction is required and the ingredients i.e. cement, sand and aggregates are used. So as to fulfil this demand, a wide range of natural resources such as fine aggregates (sand), coarse aggregates are being used. To lower the rate of demand of naturally occurring ingredients, the substituents are required to replace them and the better substituents like industrial waste like waste oil, silica fumes, steel fibres waste glass etc. and agricultural wastes like rice husk ash, coconut fibres etc. may be used as substituents. This will ultimately reduce the pollution (air pollution and land pollution) from the surroundings which can harm to all the living beings. newlineTherefore after pondering a great deal with all the thoughts it was decided to use Industrial waste (Waste Glass powder of locally available beer bottles) and Agricultural Waste (Rice Husk Ash burnt at 600and#1455;C) at different proportions of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% as substituents of natural resources i.e. fine aggregates (sand) to check their respective properties and strengths in this present study. newlineConsidering the advancements of today s era, Microbes are being used in the field of construction by the various researchers. Hence, Microbial water is been added while mixing the aggregates for concrete of grade M-25(with the proportions 1: 1.83: 3.04) with w/c ratio 0.5. Bacteria (Bacillus Megaterium MTCC 1684 purchased from MTCC, Chandigarh) was added at different concentrations i.e. 103 cells/ml, 105 cells/ml, 107 cells/ml for the best performing industrial and agricultural waste and in conventional concrete to check its performance in various properties of concrete. newline
