Abstract: Introduction : Effectiveness of multi intervention therapy on knowledge, stress and bio physiological parameters of hypertension clients. Objectives to assess the pretest and post test level of knowledge, stress and bio physiological parameters among hypertension clients. correlate knowledge, stress and bio physiological parameters find out association between level of knowledge, stress and bio physiological parameters with their selected demographic variables. Material and Methods: quantitative approach, true experimental design , N=200samples(100+100 adults) simple random sampling technique , Self structured questionnaire knowledge , standardized tool to reduced stress , intervention multi intervention therapy( exercise, DASH diet, relaxation technique) collected information. Results : The major findings of the study improvement of knowledge in experimental group pre and post test rural (0-46) , urban(0-56) significant p=0.001. reduction of stress among hypertension clients in experimental group pre and post test , rural (6.0% to 44%)in urban(14.0% to 64%)statistically significant p=0.001. Improvement in BMI, BP,(SBP and DBP) in the experimental group rural pre test to post test (26.40 to 24.16), SBP(147.00 To 134.84) DBP(94.24 TO 86.80), urban BMI(26.80 to 24.58), SBP(145.48 TO 132.2) DBP(94.20 TO 86.60)Statistical significant (P=0.001).In correlation in the experimental group rural and urban in knowledge gain score, stress score positive correlation, other variables showed negative correlation, (p=0.001) In association with age, education , duration of hypertension, family history , in the experimental group, in the clinical based knowledge , stress had association with BMI, Co morbid illness, types of personality extrovert associated in experimental group urban hypertension clients. Conclusions: The multi intervention therapy effective to increase knowledge, reduce stress and maintain bio physiological parameters. newline
