An newlineattempt was made to closely examine the interrelation and interaction of Personal Effectiveness, newlineEmotional Intelligence and Type of Organization as independent variables on Leadership newlineEffectiveness and its factors, namely Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills, Monitoring Skills, newlineOrganizing Skills, Tactfulness Skills, Aspiring Skills, Motivating Skills, Positive Approach, newlineAbility to Solve Problems, Knowledgeable and Accommodative as dependent variables. The newlineresults of the study provide an understanding of leadership effectiveness in IT and ITES newlineorganizations.
