Abstract: The world is developing, knowledge is growing and glittering inventions are revealing limitlessly. New facts, ideas, philosophies and mysteries are being unraveled all around. Humanity is fast progressing every day. Man has reached and even has trampled on the moon. Computers are cracking limits of all that has not been known till yet. newlineAnd yet have we known all that was there in our past? A thinker, a genuine enquirer would certainly like to look back into the hoary past. newlineThe past of the humanity had many invaluables. There is glaring evidence that the past of humanity had produced countless great humanbeings who could unearth treasures of knowledge through their own deep thinking and from intuition. The knowledge of the old and of the past, is still very valid, highly valuable and inspiring and even exhilarating. newlineMany countries of the world had that great luck where, tallest of the tall human beings were born who spread lights like the newline15 newlinebrightest of numerous suns. We remember them, worship them and even today find ourselves enlightened by them. Their light of knowledge is still spreading and keeping the world lighted and enlightened. newlineWe remember them and behold in the skies of knowledge given by the enlighteners like Socrates and Kautiyla. We crave for just a glimpse of them which could fill us with knowledge, flair and talent. newlineIt is this limitless and insatiable desire that has impelled us to make an effort to enter; their domain of thinking, into their dreaming and into their projecting. This has brought us to this research project of unlimited dimensions; to know, whatever we can, about the greats i.e. Socrates and Kautilya. newlineIt has been proved, almost beyond doubt, that they were sages, saints, philosophers, thinkers and, social and political reformers.
