Abstract: Globaly, in higher education institutions(HEIs) total quality management (TQM) has gained prominence since it serves as a foundation for ensuring quality. However, in developing countries, particularly in Ghana, not much attention has been paid to TQM; hinting weaknesses may exist in the quality management system. Consequently, this study focused on developing an appropriate TQM model for HEIs in Ghana.
