A Study of Performance of Bancassurance A Case Study of State Bank of India

Abstract

The researcher has in this study opted to study the performance and problems of bancassurance with particular reference to bancassurance services in State Bank of India (SBI) in Marathwada region of Maharashtra state. The researcher has used the Survey Method of research. The researcher has used the Questionnaire as a tool for collection of data. The researcher has enquired about the performance and the problems of bancassurance in SBI to the employees working in SBI all over the 8 districts of Marathwada region of Maharashtra state including rural and urban branches. The researcher has also enquired the customers of bancassurance of SBI regarding the satisfaction about the services. The researcher has also used the secondary data for the analysis of performance of SBI Life during the period under study. newlineIn the first chapter the researcher has given an introduction to the subject matter under study.
