Abstract: Of late a growing emphasis is placed on the significance of human resources in India. More and more people are beginning to realize that like finance and machine, workforce is an equally significant input in the survival of an organization. This realization has culminated in formation of Ministry of Human Resource Development. Therefore, major investments have to be made in keeping this significant aspect of organization in and#8215;best shape for it to perform. In the Service Sector, Banking and Finance are the major players which not only make up for the backbone of the economy but also they are the big employment providers.
