Abstract: | Most organizations, be they public or private understand the importance of communication with newlinecustomers and/or stakeholders. Hence they lay importance in having the right resources on board who newlinecan effectively communicate. newlineCommunication is important in all functions with in the organization be it internal (with in the Org) or newlineexternally (with external world, clients , customer etc) newlineToday s youth (age group between 20-25 taken in this study ) needs to develop upon their soft skills to newlineget employable. Hiring managers are looking for Technical skills as well as soft skills in an individual for newlineopen positions. newlineThis study has been divided in to 3 important parts of communication . newlinea) Internal communication in an organization newlineb) Elements of soft skills and its importance newlinec) Various training modules to enhance soft skills for better employability newlineAn important part of soft skill is communication. An employee is required to communicate at all stages newlineof his career. And this become an important quality to get and retain a job. newlineThis study first looks at what is communication ? why is it importance ? How is information newlinecommunicated to employees with in the organization . Which will further emphasis on its importance as newlinea quality in individual . newlineA lot of emphasis is also laid upon on formalizing and organizing communication , this process of newlineformalizing expects some basic level of soft skills in individuals. newline62 newlineBefore this research talks about soft skills and its importance , this study would also like to draw newlineattention on internal communication with in a organization in order to understand how communication newlineflows in the organization.
