The research makes an attempt to gauge the interaction patterns of the workers in the MSME sector and elucidates the ways and means to augment the human resources, the techniques in which the workers could work cheek by jowl in order to attain perfect coordination and cooperation. The FIRO-B technique was administered in order to ascertain the Social Interaction Index which will help the policy makers to make more condign policies and implement them in an effective way to achieve organizational efficiently.
