Self-esteem is how we value ourselves; it is how we perceive our value to the world and how valuable we think we are to others. It has been known that gender, self-esteem, body image, and perceived self-worth seem to be related to dietary habits and eating disorders. Body composition is the key component of health in both individuals and populations. Body composition is one measurement that is used to assess your health and fitness level. The association of physical activity with eating attitudes, self esteem and body composition has not yet been explored substantially among the teachers. Therefore, an attempt has been made by researcher in the form of present study to find out the association of physical activity with eating attitudes, self esteem and body composition among college teachers. newline |
