Composite materials have enhanced all qualities of progressive technological newlineinstitution, but quest for new composite materials is still desired with light weight, newlinesuperior strength and low cost for aviation, automobile, submarine and electronics newlineengineering applications. The natural particulate strengthened composites with polymer newlinematrices have emanated as relevant candidates for light weight load bearing applications newlinein aviation and automobile engineering. The natural particle strengthened polymeric newlinecomposites shows its controlled commercial and ecosystem outlook due to their ability newlineto unambiguously meet anthropoid desires worldwide. The natural filler composites are newlineshowing an honest potential to be used in agriculture, aerospace, aircraft, industrial newlineappliance instrumentation, building construction materials, client product parts, newlinecorrosion-resistant instrumentation, defence, medicals, textile, chemical technologies, newlineelectrical and electronic materials. newlineIn this presented research work, the four different types of natural particle newlinereinforced epoxy composites are developed by casting methodology to obtain the newlineoptimum values of mechanical strength with low density. The micro-scaled Coconut newlineShell Powder (CSP) reinforced epoxy composites, micro-scaled Date Seed Powder newline(DSP) reinforced epoxy composites, nano Date Seed Ash (DSA) reinforced epoxy newlinecomposites and micro-scaled Areca Nut Powder (ANP) reinforced epoxy composites newlinehave been developed to obtain optimum values of mechanical strength with low density. newlineThe optimum values of mechanical strength for 20% micro-scaled Coconut Shell newlinePowder (CSP) reinforced epoxy composites, 10% micro-scaled Date Seed Powder newline(DSP) reinforced epoxy composites, 10% nano Date Seed Ash (DSA) reinforced epoxy newlinecomposites and 30% micro-scaled Areca Nut Powder (ANP) reinforced epoxy newlinecomposites were 39.23 MPa, 29.56 MPa, 49.41 MPa and 117.03 MPa with low density newlinevalue 1.046 g/cm3 newline, 1.031 g/cm3 newline, 0.652 g/cm3 newlineand 0.886 g/cm3 obtained experimentally newlineby testing machine. Moreover, thermal conduct
