Abstract: newline The subject of my research paper is related to the Judicial Appointments and Constitutional Crisis. The area under discussion of appointment of Judges to the Higher Judiciary has always been controversial and contentious issue in our Constitutional History, for these Courts are the very forums of redressal of violation of Constitutional Guarantees. Without securing the Independence of these Courts, all the Constitutional Guarantees, no matter howsoever solemn and onerous, prove to be a mere rope of sand. Hence this has remained a focal point of discussion among members of the legal fraternity, legal scholars and experts.
