Abstract: The BPO companies in India which leads a grater GDP Growth rate and also it brings the employment opportunities to the people. There are various training models are follow in the companies based on department. The study is mainly focused on BPO Companies in Chennai city, the organizations was selected based on the Market capitalization of first occupied three companies. The aim of the study is understand the importance induction training program. The research design for study is descriptive and primary data collection method is used. A pilot study is conducted to validate the data. The sample method is carried out for the research is Simple Random Sampling. The statistical tool used for the study are Simple Percentage Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, Paired Sample T-Test, Multiple Regression, Mean test, Normality and mean test, Pared sample correlations, Annova are used to highlight the analysis induction training program in BPO Companies and used impact of induction training program. The findings of the study basically state the employee perception towards the training program and the employees are accepted there is a good induction training program is carried out in the companies. And the employees those who are working in organizations are feeling that there is a good induction process. And based on this study people also believed that increased communication and productivity is evidenced through the induction process. And the people also believe that there is relationship between pre induction training program and post induction training program. newline
