Abstract: In the last two decade, there has been sufficient evidence to the fact that delinquency in children has been increasing at a rapid rate both in term of absolute behavior and the number of offences. We read in newspaper the reports about lots of cases of delinquency acts of different types, this increasing trend in the percentage of delinquency act has great concern in the mind of all those who are closely associated delinquent children because they are also the part of our society, these children are also an asset to the nation if properly educated and trained them. Delinquency describes someone that fails to accomplish what is required by society law or duty, such as the failure to make an acceptable perform a certain action and it is a minor crime specially one committed by a youth. Delinquent children are not in comfort with this world which is too unsympathetic, the crowded cities gives opportunities for children to realize the disparity between what they lack and what others posses. Maladjustment develops into petty crime, or delinquency break out. Delinquent behavior assumes serious forms among the delinquent children which is a sign of sick society. They need a special attention and care so that they may develop in positive way; present study is an attempt to know the effect of enrichment program on the social conformity and personal values of delinquent children. Pretest posttest randomized equivalent two groups experimental design is employed in the research. Sample of the study consisted of 70 delinquents (N=35 for each group) of government observational home, Agra city. Enrichment program was given to experimental group whereas control group was escaped with this program. t-test is applied to test the hypothesis. It was revealed from the findings that this type of enrichment program can help to reduce the delinquency and also help to enhancing socially conforming behavior and personal values. It is recommended by the researcher that this type of program should introduce in every observational home and rehabilitation home. newline
