Abstract: There is no reason, there is no excuse Child labour is Child Abuse. newlineThe French Quote newlineChildren, who are the backbone of the progress of any country, very less discussed in India. Perhaps, this is the weakest point in the progress of any nation Child labour refers to the exploitation of children, through any form of work that deprives children of their childhood, interferes with their ability to attend regular school, and is mentally, physically, socially or morally harmful. It has existed in different extents throughout history in all over the world but this menace is spreading like burning fire in India. It is destroying the future of India also. As we all know that Child is the father of Man Children are the hope and future of a nation. Childhood, a very flowering youthful, energetic, merrymaking state is suffering in India due to lack of knowledge, awareness and flexibility of laws. In the present study the bitter hard truths related to child labour and their abuse are highlighted, and some serious solutions are prescribed. newline The reasons behind this heinous abuse are tried to find, the most significant reason came in the light is the very poor conditions of Indian masses. Secondly, they are illiterate and not aware of their rights which are given by so many laws in the constitution. There is a big gap between working class and their administrators. It is like a big gulf. No one tries to fill this gap. The oppressor is becoming more powerful and the oppressed more powerless. These topics are of global concern, studied in the present work. The works done by Govt. agencies NGO, Common people are proofed deeply. UNO policies and declaration of Child rights have been given a fully fledged place in the understudy. Fundamental Rights which are mentioned in the Constitution of India made for the safety, security and protection of Children against any type of exploitation not observed fully in reality.
