dc.description.abstractIT industry playing an inevitable role in aggrandizing the economic growth of country. In the current scenario to withstand in the global market it continuously furnish policies and procedures to yield better uninterrupted service to the customers by which any organization can be build a strong employer brand. In the major challenges of HRM the foremost issue is attrition henceforth this research throws light on this aspect to acquire more knowledge on voluntary attrition in Chennai Software industry by analyzing this problem any organization can be retained their trained brains to achieve goals. The ultimate objective of this study is to examine the employee retentiveness through voluntary attrition in Chennai Software Companies by analyzing the main factors career prospects, salary and compensation benefits,training and development, work life balance. By the structured Questionnaire, primary data had been collected with 513 sample size adopted. Descriptive and Analytical research design was used to analyze the Convenient Sampling Technique. Further data scientifically analyzed using the Percentage analysis, Parametric T-test Analysis, Rank Correlation, Cluster Analysis and Chi-Square Association.It is evidently found that the Employee relationship and work environments are prepositionally have significant relationship with absenteeism. Work stress that does not had a epoch-making relationship with the absence of employees.Performance appraisal system prevailing in the organization is less influence on the second age group of employees. Experience holders are expecting more appraisal policies.Hence this detailed scientific study would enhance approaches to be framed for reducing attrition rate in the future with the furnished suggestions and had a wider scope for further industry in terms of other areas also facing the same issues. By focusing on the findings and solution stated over here any organization can be identified the lagging area and the satiated overview to compete in the current competitive scenario. newline newline newline newline
