Abstract: Silver nanoparticles in the range of 75 -150 nm in diameter combined with Anticancer activity herbals are the active principle in targeting and treating cancer cells. This Herbal Silver Nano complex was stabilized by coating it with biodegradable and biocompatible polymer - Poly Ethylene Glycol (PEG). This metal-herb-polymer nano complex or PEGylated Green Synthesized Silver Nanoparticle (PGSN) provides specific cancer cell targeting with long systemic circulation leads to effective treatment. newline newlineCancer treatment can target various pathways like Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), Cyclooxygenase -2 enzyme, Apoptosis induction, Protein kinases and angiogenesis. In which angiogenesis, absence of apoptosis and inflammatory process are playing important role in the promotion of cancer. newline newlineEnhanced Permeability and Retention effect (EPR) of cancer environment played a major role in passive targeting of cancer site with the help of silver nanoparticle combined with anticancer herbals. From literature study anticancer activity herbal combination was prepared which focus on high degree of antiangiogenic activity, apoptosis induction and action on inflammatory process to treat cancer. Herbs like Semecarpus anacardium, Plumbago zeylanica and Curcuma longa, have potent antiangiogenic activity, apoptosis action and anti-inflammatory process in treating cancer. newline newline newline newline
