Abstract

Human Resource Management is one of the most important branch of management. newlineHuman resource is the major and vital resource especially in service sector. Today newlineIndian IT sector is growing at a very fast space but at the same time managing and newlineretaining this potential workforce is the biggest challenge face my many IT newlinecompanies. The study of potential management especially in IT sector is an attempt to newlineunderstand the employee s satisfaction with companies policies and practices of newlinepotential management. For the purpose of present study researcher has collected data newlinefrom primary as well as secondary sources. Secondary data include books, journals, newlinenewspapers and websites, etc. this data helped researcher to understand the concept of newlinepotential management and its attributes. This data also helped the researcher in newlineframing questionnaire for primary data collection. Primary data include data collected newlinefrom employees working with selected IT companies on and above senior manager newlinelevel.
