Analysis of occupational stress and its management among the employees of healthcare sector A study of public and private sector hospitals in meerut division

Abstract

This is a research work done by Mr. Rohitash Kumar under the guidance and newlinesupervision of Professor (Dr.) Ashok Kumar, School of Business Studies Shobhit University, newlineMeerut for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Shobhit Institute of newlineEngineering and Technology (Deemed to be University), Meerut, India. The objectives of the newlineresearch were to study the indicators of existence of the occupational stress, causes, impacts and newlineremedial measures of occupational stress. The employees of various healthcare institutions and newlinehospitals of Meerut division spread over six districts, namely, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, newlineGautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahar and Hapur were sample.
