Abstract: In this competitive and rapidly changing era, most professional organizations are very keen to train their employees throughout their careers so that they remain sufficiently motivated and focused on their work. The main objective of this research study is to know the impact of training and development on employee performance. The performance is measured in terms of the improvement in Productivity and the Employee Job Satisfaction to motivate to retain Fortis Escorts Hospital in Delhi NCR. A structured questionnaire was administered to gather information. This research is conducted on a sample scale of 25 percent Doctors, Nurses, and Management Officials, Housekeeping staff 480 sample Fortis Escorts Hospital in Delhi NCR. newlineData collection was adopted using a Likert-Scale questionnaire consisting of 45 questions were framed and the number of respondents was 480. The research used a paired sample t-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. This data was collected by this research and analyzed by SPSS. Statistical analysis of the study revealed that there is a significant positive relationship between training and development and minimizes attrition, motivated to stay in the same hospital, clear goals and expectations of employees, employee self-esteem will increase employee performance, and job satisfaction also positively correlated, training and development improve moral and hospital culture, effective in overcoming work stress and improving employee productivity. newlineIt is recommended that future researchers focus on other hospitals and organizations and, besides, that, explore the performance of employees based on training and development. newline
