Abstract: Scientific Aid includes the forensic science in itself, however, it is not confined to this only, and its amplitude is much wider, because there are many laws and statutes which contain specific provisions about use of scientific methodology in the process of implementing the objectives of those laws. Scientific Evidence also comes under the phrase Scientific Aid . Scientific evidence has made dramatic and well publicized contributions to improving the factual accuracy of criminal convictions. Forensic investigation is concerned primarily with piecing together the desperate clues left at a scene in order to form a coherent picture of events and, crucially, to establish the identities of those involved or- equally importantly- those who were not. newlineThe present research study is in totality concerned with the use of science and its methods and techniques in the field of law and justice. Science is developing with rapid pace in almost all spheres of its area including the field of investigation of crime and new discoveries and inventions, with new scientific methods and techniques relating to cause the particular effects in the forms of impressions or marks or microscopic view identification have been emerging profoundly, which may play their role as an aid to criminal investigators and judges. newlineThis study concerns with the role of science in crime investigation especially by the Police and the collection of evidence by using the scientific methods and techniques. It also analyzes the implications relating with relevancy and admissibility of Scientific Evidence before the Courts. newline
