Abstract: | A new approach for generic visible watermarking, that protects capturing of an image without the knowledge of (without their interest) concern person is proposed. Thus there lies a proof of origination of the image captured and becomes a threat to the notorious persons involved as it leaves the watermark traces of the persons ID or IMEI number, etc. The main role of the design is of cost effective portable watermarking system which can minimize the reliance of continuous usage of software. The method is based on the use of deterministic one-to-one compound mappings of image pixel values for overlaying a variety of visible watermarks of fixed sizes on cover images. The mappings technique used here will prove to be simple and stringent towards the attacks, which allows for deformation of original images when attacked, which may be of removing visible watermark. Thus the origination of image details tagged cannot be modified or removed without damaging the main image in concern. Different sizes of visible watermarks, including opaque monochrome and translucent full color ones, are embedded as applications of the proposed generic approach, to enhance the concept the host and watermark image is incorporated in FPGA, though their concept of a performance and our concept were miles apart. Our efforts are put to integrate both the technology together. Security protection measures to deter hackers from illicit image recoveries are also taken. Experimental results demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed approach need to be illustrated. newline newline newline |
