Microwave radar systems have been paid a lot of attention since the end of the Second World War Along with improvement in performance. Through the wall imaging with UWB radar can be used to locate hostages or terrorists and weapons behind walls. People trapped in a building during fire, persons buried under fallen walls after earthquake, border controls for the detection of illegal immigrants, cigarettes in trucks, to reconstruct the interior of a room full of smoke during fire, etc. Through wall Imaging is one of the microwave imaging technique used for the detection and imaging of the target movingor still, behind the wall. In this the target wall area is illuminated by the microwave signal and the reflected signal from wall, target and background is received. Through Wall Imaging, in general is imaging the objects behind the wall. The major challenges are the estimation of wall parameters like its thickness and dielectric constant. There is an increasing need to develop algorithms of Auto focusing to combat wall wrong wall parameters estimation and to correct these parameters too for obtaining the true and correct image of the target object to get the complete information of it. newline
