Abstract: The internet technologies showcase unbelievable evolution and high level of data newlinesecurity is needed in the applications which are available for the transmission of data newlineor any personal information over the network which is unsafe for the communication. newlineThe technique for hiding the information into the cover image is known as image newlineSteganography. LSB which stands for Least Significant Bit is based on common and newlinehighly recommended techniques for Steganography since it has ease to work with newlineand has more hiding capacity; the image is hidden into the spatial domain. The newlineSteganography and its all existing methods aim to keep their focus on the strategy to newlineembed the message with lesser concerns to the processing to be taken place earlier newlinesuch as the secret image encryption and its techniques. The pre processing is not newlineoffered by the conventional algorithm in the Steganography for the image based newlinesecurity. It offers no flexibility or robustness and higher security level. The network newlinewhich is just suggested here presents the Steganography of images along with newlinetechniques for the better encryption such as DES data encryption standard with the newlinehelp of Huffman coding and LSB helps in the process of hiding of data. 64 bit block newlinesize of the plain text is used in DES along with the secret key containing 56 bits newlinealong with the use of Huffman coding process and this is done to reduce the pixel newlinenumbers which are needed to be presented. The transmission of image as well as newlinetransmission time is also reduced in it. Higher security levels are offered by the pre newlineprocessing for the extraction of image which on the other hand is not possible to be newlineachieved without the mapping rules knowledge and S-boxes and functioning secret newlinekey along with the rules of Huffman decoding. The proposed algorithm is compared newlinewith the previously designed algorithm and also the 23 implemented research models newlinewhich are a combination of Chaos based Image Encryption and BTC (Block newlineTruncation Coding) scheme in order to predict the percentage of improvement. newline
