Abstract: A quality teacher education undoubtedly plays a key role in nation building. The nation which is incapable of providing teacher education cannot produce competent and skilled teachers. Competent teachers shape the future of society. The quality of teacher reflects in his/ her mastery over the subject, professional commitment, diagnostic skills, and different learning styles. In the view of on-going changes in the social, cultural, economic and political environment, the drastic change is required in the teacher education so that teachers could raise their standard with the changing needs of the society. A teacher needs to be prepared to cater to the needs and demands of the school system and the learner and the learning process. The present study entitled, Entrepreneurial talents among teacher trainees in relation to their social motives and organizational climate an attempt has been made by the investigator to find out the difference in entrepreneurial talents, social motives and organizational climate. Teacher trainees with their talents i.e. includes creativity, innovation, risk-taking, goal oriented, flexible, visionary, able to get along with others, perceptive, resourceful, awareness of ethical values and promote good governance creativity create a pool of young people who are able to create jobs and the ones who are not capable of creating jobs and do not have the opportunities, they must be in a position to face their counterparts in any corner of the world while keeping their heads high by virtue of their hard work and their dexterity of hands and win the hearts of people around the world through their skills. It is descriptive study and survey method has used.
