Supply Chain Management helps the organization to improves the overall performance because newlineit integrates and streamlines all the processes of not only the organization but in its preview, newlineSuppliers, customers, and process everything is taken care of. And hence if all these processes newlinefollowed by customers, suppliers and the main company goes through the lens and it helps to newlineachieve better performance. newlineIn this research, the best practices of the supply chain have been identified, by going through newlinemore than hundreds of literatures related to the supply chain, and then it was discussed with newlineexperts of Supply chain management and top management of steel manufacturing companies. newlineAfter the discussions, these best practices are used with steel product supply chain practices newlineand were analyzed to understand how it contributes to performance. newlineThis research adds to the body of knowledge, by identifying the best practices used in steel newlinemanufacturing companies. These practices can be used as a framework to study the newlineperformance of Supply chain management on these fronts. The research will also help the newlinegovernment, steel manufacturing companies, academia to take decisions. This model can be newlinereplicated to other manufacturing plants as well. newline
