Abstract: The whole earth is in front of a fast depletion of fossil fuels. The researcher has to consider of an alternate source of power for a safer living on this earth. As a result the researcher s attention is towards RE-renewable energy sources, such as solar energy (PV), wind energy conversion system (WECS), fuel cells, biomass etc, apart from this solar energy and wind energy are the majority popular sources owing to their neatness and price less. The plan of this research effort is to boost the renewable power production and achieving better stability of the grid system. In India around some remote areas where link to the utility network is moreover unfeasible or expensive. To overcome these problem remote places requires isolated power generation systems by using viable alternative sources like solar energy and wind energy. newline The solar resources (PV) and wind resources are paired to each other along with hybridisation of these two technologies would facilitate for supplying the energy to the remote places. The (HRES) hybrid renewable energy source fed Micro grid sector is moving towards a revolution in power grids due to various reasons in the conventional grid like energy conservation, challenges in supplying power to the rural and hilly area community peoples and various environmental impacts. Due to this reasons there must be a transformation from the conventional grid to Micro grid technology and another highlights of micro grid is that it be able to operate in grid tied mode as well as separate mode. newline Micro grid also offers enhanced power effectiveness minimization of largely power utilization, reduced ecological impact, development of reliability of supply, network functioning benefits such like loss reduction, blocking relief, voltage control, or security of supply and extra cost proficient electricity. In this thesis an optimal power sharing strategy is proposed to improve the power reliability of the structure. In adding to that an intelligent controller is designed newlinevi newlineusing fuzzy logic such that effectiveness of the Micro grid improves substantially. newlineThe major attention of this research work is to form the suitable converters for solar and wind energy system. After analysing the various simulation results the best converter is chosen for hybrid renewable energy sources are connected to main AC bus through Fuzzy decision making control system. In this research work a modern technology like fuzzy based most power point tracking is carried out for wind-solar energy sources. This research also covers the results of variable speed wind turbine, DC-DC network and suitable inverter for Micro grid system. Based on the results of simulation, the mixture of a wind (Kinetic) energy conversion system (WECS) and solar photovoltaic (PV) array system are chosen as a best hybrid energy sources for remote electrification in developing nations and it is hoped that it can be successfully operates for electrifying the remote locations and reduce the burden on the power grid. The results are obtained by means of MATLAB-Simulink software. newline
