Abstract: In statistical survey sampling theory holds a strong position due to its wider newlineapplicability in almost every branch of science. In most of the cases sampling newlinelargely deals with the development of sampling designs and estimators having newlineless sampling errors. The interest in putting the art of sampling from a finite newlinepopulation on a strong mathematical basis, known as Theory of sampling from newlinea finite population also known as Survey Sampling was aroused towards the newlineearly part of twentieth century mainly due to the classical work of Neyman newline(1934). newline
