Abstract: Ever since Florence Nightingale made nursing a respectable profession, it has become the most important job in health care. Today, nurses are revered worldwide and are an indispensable part of hospitals and clinics. They play an essential role in serving patients; hence, lack of or inadequate language skills should not become an obstruction while they communicate. Patients at hospital have to endure various dilemmas going through their minds, and they also have to face physical and mental agonies. It is not only important for nurses to serve patients without reservations, but also to communicate effectively to understand them better newline
