Major Merger and Acquisitions events have taken place in this sector post newlineliberalization since the policy regarding the Drugs and Control has been relieved. This newlinestudy is undertaken with an aim to analyze the growth in financial performance in this newlinesector post-merger period. The study is undertaken on a major merger in pharmaceutical newlineindustry in India.
