Abstract: | Cloud computing is one of the emerging technologies which is of recent origin to access the storage resources through web the key features of cloud computing are its increased reliability flexibility adaptability scalability and quality of service qos the personal health record phr system has recently become a widespread research area in order to share the personal health information through a cloud environment many patient oriented models have been designed previously a single attribute authority based security scheme was used for sharing the phrs in the cloud which is found to be a challenging and critical task in the existing techniques due to security and privacy issues the process of encryption and decryption takes more time in the existing access control techniques it is important to introduce an enhanced data access control mechanism for ascertaining the security of phr data a research work is proposed here with the aim to overcome these issues for accessing the phr files in the cloud in the initial phase of this work tree based access control tbac model is designed for accessing the phr data in cloud the main objective of this work is to improve fine grained access control and to secure the access of phr in the cloud environment in this module the phr users and files are segregated by fine grained access control approach and the patient records are encrypted and decrypted by using aes scheme further user attribute based access policy is used with different hierarchical levels of the users to protect the personal health data. newline |
