dc.description.abstractThe present research tries to examine the impact of cross cultural adjustment and cultural intelligence on expatriates job performance It presents an overview of cross cultural adjustment and Cultural intelligence and expatriate assignments related to the research questions and methodology associated with the research undertaken It also contains the rationale limitations and justification for choosing the research topic A conceptual framework proposed by Kim 2008 is used to examine the relationship between the constructs cross cultural adjustment cultural intelligence and job performance The survey is conducted with 104 expatriates via individual e mails and direct interview Results reveal a positive relationship between Cross Cultural Adjustment Cultural Intelligence and expatriates job performance The overall CCA has a significant and positive impact on the job performance of expatriates It is clear that enhanced cross cultural adjustments would improve expatriates job performance Therefore managers at different sectors should take initiatives and concentrate on the personality of expatriates during recruitment which would encourage them to perform better. newline
