dc.description.abstractThe development of information technology provides maximum support for the growth of wireless networks which has become a dominating role in the modern internet world The modern human society looks to perform most activity on the coast and looks to access various services through their mobiles PDA and other wireless devices However the development of information technology has provided all the functional aspects achieving the quality of service in accessing the service is a highly challenging factor In most situations the service requested by the client may not be available or the service may be available in more than one location In the second case the service provider may not provide any assurance on the quality of the service The network may provide more number of services which can be accessed from the user location The service data will be converted into network packets and transmitted through number of intermediate nodes towards the service point When the same sets of services are available in more than one locations of the network the QoS parameters may differ according to the conditions of the network So it is necessary to select an optimal service for the user according to the user location However there exist numbers of approaches they suffer to achieve higher performance in service selection towards meeting the needs of quality of service parameters newline
