Abstract: newline The title Standardization and Antidiabetic Effect of Some Indigenous Medicinal Plants . newlineA look of the literature shown that limited information was presented on this herb species newlineregarding, photochemistry, pharmacological activity and pharmacognosy by a few other newlineinvestigators. This study was planned first time for the identification, screening of newlinepharmacological activity and isolation of unknown compound in order to found its legend titles. newlineHerbs are getting to be probable hotspot for phytoconstituents with shifted pharmacological newlineactivities. Distinguishing proof of such plants of potential use in prescription is of centrality and newlineas a preface to this, it winds up important to look at the diverse pharmacognostical characters of newlinethe plant before further analysis. In pharmacognostical considers the macroscopic, microscopic, newlinehistochemical examines, physicochemical constants were done. Pharmacognostical guidelines newlineacquired amid the perception are profitable devices for the recognizable proof of the plant newlinematerial. Different physico-synthetic parameters, i.e., cinder esteem, extractive quality, bad luck newlineon drying was found to authenticate its standard quality. Any vast deviation in the level of any newlinelimits detailed in this work may validate contaminated or substitution in the drugs. The newlinesubjective starter phytochemical examination was completed to identify the idea of the phytoconstituent and their quality in different concentrates. Ethanolic extracts of both the plants newlineshowed maximum no. of constituents mainly steroids, glycosides, , alkaloids, flavonoids, newlineproteins. Ethanolic extract was selected for the screening of in-vivo therapeutic studies. newlinePharmacological activity done with the screening of antidiabetic activities of ethanolic extract of newlinethe seeds of both the plants and showed hopeful activities in a dose dependent method. The newlinedifferent therapeutic exercises set up by the test concentrate can be examined further in future to newlineget their important extension in therapeutic use. The therapeutic exercise
