Abstract: | Socialization is an important process which transforms the attitude, newlinecustoms, values and behavior in childhood through the guidance of newlinefamily and community. The physical, social, emotional and intellectual newlineaspects of environment which influences the child should be holistic in nature. newlineThe significant contribution developed by the parents in the life of young newlinechildren at primary stages determines their wholesome personality. Schooling newlineof the child is very imperative in which the child learns through process of newlineformal education. The environment both at home and school are going to make newlinea great advancement in the child s behavioral attributes. Family is the means of newlineimparting knowledge and basic skills to an individual which helps in the newlinepreparation of successful life. Mother is an important factor in the life of child newlineand her external employment has significant effect on his/her growth and newlinedevelopment. The close bond between children and mother is very strong, newlinewhich is the most crucial for communication process of children will become newlineeasier especially at early age of schooling. This will help the child to go in newlinepositive direction and get moral values as they grow older. newlineGenerally success is known as innate ability of an individual which is indeed newlinecaused by many other factors including the attitude and approach of parents newlineduring the early infancy stage. Although the father is an important asset for the newlinechild, the role of the mother in child s life is unquestionable. In this reverence newlinethe influence of the profession of a mother, particularly, whether the mother is newlineworking or not becomes a central factor for study. The foremost important newlinefactor is that maternal employment clearly confines the amount of time given raising the children. The involvement of the mothers is most influential, the newlineindividuality of their children cannot be neglected, but an unparalleled figure of newlinewomen, especially mothers are inflowing in the field of employment due to newlinemonetary obligation or in explore of individuality.
