dc.description.abstractThe role of a teacher in higher education is changing in a drastic way in terms of teaching, guiding and motivating the modern generation students to shape their career as well as their contribution for nation growth. But, due to government policies and college management business mind practices in education institutions leads to some confusion between teacher and college management relations and these relations are turning into corporate culture in education system. This competitive environment, every institute is planning to survive and build competitive advantage and reputation and academic institutions are no exception. The corporate like targets allotted by managements to teachers in terms of pass percentage, placement percentage and extra-curricular contribution by students, has added hitherto unknown dimensions to a teacher s job along with effective teaching and regular preparation to teach. The core theme of an educational institute is faculty student coordination and relation, which will decide fate of the institute. The ultimate goal of higher education is creation of knowledge reservoir and will preserve for future generations.
