Abstract: The most natural vitamin D is acquired by animals and humans by the exposure to sun. Being a fat soluble vitamin. India is rich in sociocultural practices and with recent lifestyle and work atmosphere make people rarely exposed to sun. Indian diet rarely is fortified by vitamin D. Research found a existence of 40%to 99% vitamin D deficiency in India. Recently an increase in people with musculoskeletal pain who is vitamin D deficient as this vitamin is essential for calcium absorbtion. 200 million people globally was affected by osteoporosis which widely results due to low Bone Mineral Density. The aim of this study is to find the association of vitamin D and Bone Mineral Density (BMD) with the physical mobility of the individuals newline
