Professional commitment of college teachers in relation to self efficacy teacher effectiveness and continuous professional development

Abstract

This research work summarizes an investigation of degree college teachers working in degree college of Punjab. The teachers were drawn from 4 districts of Punjab viz: Muktsar, Moga, Bathinda, Firozpur. Multistage random sampling method was used to conduct the research work. The variation was studied with respect to gender and type of institution. The results showed that a preferential path for female degree college teachers making a difference. In the same way result vary in terms of public and private degree college teachers. newline
