Abstract: Cloud computing is a novel computing model which provides scalable and computational resources such as CPU network storage at affordable price It is one of the most popular technology in recent days due to its operational and economical benefits Cloud computing provides secure fast and effective services to all requested users through the internet The key aspects of cloud are its effective resource allocation approach Resource allocation is defined as process of allocating the available resources in the cloud to the users efficiently Cloud users renting resources from Cloud Service Providers CSPs for their computational and storage requirements in consequence reducing the infrastructure cost expressively However several allocation methods are available in cloud efficient utilization and resource and allocation enhancing the energy effectiveness of cloud data centers in huge scale cloud data centers remains major research issues Cloud data center has pool of resources optimal resource allocation has been considered as complex task in cloud computing environment The proficient resource allocation to the user will guarantee the following a Resources are promptly available and accessible on demand b Resources are efficiently utilized under the condition of high or low load c It increases the overall utilization of cloud infrastructure resources During resource allocation another important issue is to be considered is Quality Of Service QoS of cloud users requirements such as cost value throughput execution time turnaround time etc into an account. newline
