Abstract: | Education is one of the key factors for getting a job Conversion from the level of a student to the level of employee is really a challenging task for all the students A few get it easily and a big lot of students struggle to get the entry There are so many reasons for an individual for not being able to move to the next level One of the major reasons is Employability skills Employability is conceptualized as a form of work specific that enables employees to identify and realize career opportunities The range of different definitions and the contexts of employability skills in which they are used eventually lead to confusion The terms hard and soft skills have developed over the years as a way of identifying characteristics and skills needed to be successful in management positions Soft skills are essentially to be categorized as interpersonal skills communication skills listening skills self development skills interaction skills leadership skills and organization skills Many authors have discussed on the skill sets required for the employees in various work set ups The researcher has identified four major skills Job Aptitude Soft and Technical skills JAST and pursued this research. newline |
