Every year there is a large utilizations of smart phones and laptops which requires high speed data transmission and reception for transmitting large amount of multimedia videos and datas between number of users This large number of multimedia video transmission and reception requires new spectrum in wireless communication system The spectrum is a rare source of communication medium which is allocated by Federal Communications Commission FCC Radio spectrum of primary system is shared between primary transmitters and primary receivers in licensed manner The secondary system is allowed to use this spectrum of primary system without affecting the performance of the primary system Cognitive Radio CR is the secondary system where the secondary transmitters and receivers use the spectrum of the licensed primary system CR networks are divided into two types as Interference free CR network and Interference tolerant CR network In case of interference free CR networks the secondary transmitters use the non-utilized spectrum of primary transmitters and receivers Hence this type of CR networks has no interference but it has resource utilization and it fails during the higher traffic in wireless channel. In case of interference tolerant CR networks the secondary transmitters shares the spectrum of primary transmitters with some amount of interference exist This level of interference should be the below the level of threshold value Hence the efficient utilization of the primary spectrum by secondary receiver is based on the reduction of interference level Interference formation between received symbols in Cognitive radio CR network system is the main problem which reduces the performance of the CR networks newline
