dc.description.abstractCommunicating digital video over the network or wireless channels encounter problems such as transmitting poor quality of videos or information losses It is anticipated to have an efficient video coding model which can adapt to the channel conditions and provides an enhanced video quality The ideal solution to this problem is to compress and transfer the video sequence with efficiency In this research an efficient video coding model is introduced to offer high-quality video over the network In the first work the wavelet families such as Haar Coiflet CDF 9 7 Symlet and Spline wavelets are analyzed and experimented to identify the best wavelet to be applied for the proposed research approach newline
