Abstract: Medical imaging systems play a vital role in obtaining the images of human body Tissue abnormalities and tumors in the human body are detected using the Medical Resonance Imaging MRI systems MRI images are subject to degradation by the various kind noises during the formation process The removal of such a kind noises followed by the segmentation of images for the classification of abnormalities is challenging research work This provides various dimensions of research The investigation work done here comprises of the algorithms used to remove Salt And Pepper SAP noise from the degraded MRI images A segmentation and classification techniques used segment the MRI images to detect the brain tumors are also investigated in this work newline
