Abstract: With the recent innovations in ICT for education technology the new teaching pedagogy is applied in various educational institutions to improve the learning performances develop self learning and self determination and motivates the learners The learning outcomes for any engineering courses are also focused on achieving competency skills and create a firm platform for learner professional and personal growth The 21st century undergraduates demand innovative teaching methodologies as add-on strategies along with the traditional classroom teaching The lifelong learning self-regulated learning behavioral model analysis game-based learning tracking learning behaviors and delivering learning style based teaching are essential for the students in the engineering discipline In this direction of necessity and steered path the Flipped Classroom is one such innovative teaching style which is proven to be an effective mechanism for the learners The Flipped classroom was implemented in higher education to supplement the teaching learning process Most of the universities have incorporated this methodology and established various techniques across different domains The students and course instructors acquired the benefits of the flipped classroom and it is proven to be an effective motivated innovative educational methodology in higher education Adopting different techniques in the flipped classroom and applying interactive activities is a challenging task for the course instructors newline
