Abstract: The main aim of the present study is to hypothesize and test a conceptual model linking concepts of intellectual capital and innovation radicalness with mediation effect of intrapreneurship development in selected IT firms of Northern India. Employees having minimum three (3) years of experience in Top-20 IT firms of Northern India were chosen for the present study. The literature on the given variables has been studied extensively. The results of the study revealed that there is significant and positive relation among the three variables in the study and also it was found that there is significant impact of intellectual capital on intrapreneurship development, intellectual capital on innovation radicalness and intrapreneurship development on innovation radicalness. To analyze the mediation effect of intraprenuership development on relationship between intellectual capital and innovation radicalness, Baron and Kenny mediation model was applied and results revealed partial mediation between the given variables. The literature shows that there is positive relationship between intellectual capital, intrapreneurship development and innovation radicalness but very few studies have been conducted in India regarding these variables. This study may provide useful insights to the organizations to use the three I s viz. intellectual capital, intrapreneurship development and innovation radiacalness. In order to remain and sustain in this competitive era, the aforesaid variables work as catalysts for growth and success in every organisation. Finally, recommendations about the aforesaid variables are given and suggestions to improve intellectual capital, intrapreneurship development and innovation radicalness are given. newline
