Abstract: | In India the increase of online shopping has allowed consumers spending more time and money in e commerce According to the survey done by Indian Institute of E Commerce an autonomous governing body registered under Ministry of Corporate Government of India by 2021 it is predicted to make 100 billion online retail revenue out of which 35 billion will be through fashion e commerce The online apparel sales will drastically increase four times in coming years In such a high growth in fashion e commerce many e commerce companies still applying most effective process to create the perfect platform to understand the customer needs Based on the customer preferences they use many ideas and methodologies to give item recommendations to the customers This research work aims to identify the customer interest and ways to improve the business process of a new e commerce seller Esteavo International having seller account in Flipkart Amazon and Snapdeal This seller started their online business in the mid of 2016 and focus only on apparel items This research work tries to identify and analyse the various factors contributing to the success of the seller in current e commerce era In this study to understand the customer needs more deeply the historical sale data of the seller has been analysed based on festive and different seasonal in India In this present research work a study on the correlation between the seller and buyer is made to improve the business process from seller side This research work tries to identify and analyse the various products contributing to the success or failure of business intelligence on seller side process in the current socio economic environment newline |
