Abstract: Employee engagement transforming in to Empowerment Synergy newlineWhen the employees display pride and commitment to complete their tasks and newlineresponsibilities on time with full dedication and quality, the management provides them the newlineorganizational landscape to explore and evolve. The entire landscape is provided for newlineindividuals. They can work on organizational transformation and relook in to the strategies newlineand pathways which would modify the existing employee culture and behavior in newlineorganizations. These employees are provided with power, authority and responsibility with newlinefull rights to change and modify things as they want which results in organizational welfare. newlineAutonomy and self-induced behavior and responses towards work enable the power to take newlinedecisions in consultation with team and management. These proactive, responsive behavior newlinein organizational situations are called as employee empowerment. It is a self-directed concept newlineand it can be influenced to a larger and greater extent. The individual s involvement and newlinecommitment is required in the first place to create such work environments. These work newlineenvironments can be made magical places of work and productivity with specific newlineorganizational interventions like power, rewards and freedom. When these organizational newlinefacilities and situations are enabled in work it leads to effectiveness and efficiency and newlinesynergic growth. The management has to take clear steps and approaches and provide enablers which can increase employee motivation towards work. newlineWhen enablers are provided in work situations, it leads to employee empowerment. It is a newlinestrategy of differentiation adopted by companies for market adaptability and employee performance management. newlineSelf-Perspective in Organizational context and Implications newlineThe concept of self, self-perspective, self-orientations define employee s involvement and effective engagements in organizational work situations. The self-defines the nature and extent of organizational performance and commitment.
